What Students Do
Inside the Experience
Train in the OR
Students don operating room scrubs and step into the role of surgical trainees alongside practicing cardiac surgeons.
da Vinci® Surgical System
Hands-on time at the console using the same physician training techniques used to prepare surgeons for minimally invasive mitral valve repair.
Cadaveric Heart Lab
Practice robotic surgical techniques on a cadaveric heart, gaining firsthand insight into precision, instrumentation, and surgical planning.
Led by Industry
Directed by Peter Carnegie, CEO of Minimally Invasive Solutions, with mentorship from surgeons and medical device professionals.
Program Flow
